Background:
- Worked at Rowan College of South Jersey as the Office Manager of the University Center. Transitioned to be the Satellite Campus Manager of Wilmington University for more than ten years. Obtained my Masters and Doctorate degrees while running and growing the Campus. i started with less than 300 students to more than 3,000 students along with 50 Adjunct instructors under my leadership.
- I have been an Adjunct Professor since 2012 to Universities such as RCSJ, Wilmington University and Delaware State University in the Bachelor to Doctoral Programs.
- Prior to the Higher Institutions experiences, I worked in the Technology and Financial Services Industries.

I believe I belong at Manor College because I connect with the university’s mission and values. I believe in what the institution is trying to accomplish and want to contribute to that purpose. I enjoy educating and mentoring students. Teaching gives me an opportunity to influence students academically, professionally, and personally. My experience fits the institution’s needs. My background, knowledge, and professional experiences allows me to bring practical perspectives into the classroom. I feel connected to my colleagues and students within this short period of time that’s attracted by sense of community that genuinely exists. I see opportunities to contribute beyond teaching. I am so excited to be working with the Manor community and be part of the culture.
