New Student Checklist
Get closer to becoming a Blue Jay
by completing your enrollment checklist.
These five steps are required of all incoming new students and should be completed in the order shown.
✔ Step 1. Pay the Enrollment Deposit
All incoming new students are required to pay a non-refundable Enrollment Deposit to secure a place in the incoming class. ($100 for commuters, $200 for on campus living)
✔ Step 2. Take Your Accuplacer Test
Complete your placement assessments to determine the best starting point for your Math and English courses.
✔ Step 3. Financial Aid / Student Accounts / Scholarships
Meet with financial aid counselors to review your award package, apply for scholarships, and learn about payment plans or student billing. Bring any questions about FAFSA, grants, or loans!
✔ Step 4. Fill Out Your Health & Residence Forms
Submit your required health forms and vaccination records. If you plan to live on campus, complete our housing application. Staff will help make sure all your forms are up to date before move-in.
✔ Step 5. Build Your Own Nest
Sign up for New Student Orientation (NSO), and explore opportunities to get involved in clubs, organizations, athletics, and campus activities. This is where your college journey really begins!
