Manor Assault Prevention Program (M.A.P.P)

Manor Assault Protection Program (M.A.P.P.), provides members of the Manor College campus community with education, knowledge and skills to assist in the prevention of and aid in the correct reporting of sexual assault. The program has helped to develop more accessible means for victims to report incidents of sexual assault and aims to improve students’ knowledge of current reporting systems on campus. The program also provides an overall picture of campus culture for continued knowledge sharing and improvement.

MAPP focuses on four key goals: Expansion of Educational Programming, Trainings and Certifications, Marketing Campaign, and Safety Measures. In support of the Governor’s It’s On Us campaign, we hope to educate, inform and aid in the prevention of sexual assault and harassment. Increasing institutional and community awareness of these support programs and reporting mechanisms is paramount.
