Virtual Accuplacer Testing

Taking your placement test is your first step to becoming a Blue Jay!

If you have opted to take the Accuplacer test virtually, please ensure that you have completed the above form. Once you have filled that out, a voucher will be created. The voucher will expire in seven (7) days. It is extremely important that you immediately schedule your virtual test as soon as possible so that the voucher does not expire. You will receive an email with the subject line “ACCUPLACER Remote Voucher Notification” with instructions on how to take the test virtually. Your admissions counselor will reach out to you to confirm that you have received the email and understand the instructions.

These testing events are reserved for:

1. Students who are deposited for Fall 2026.
2. This test is used in lieu of SAT or ACT (it does not matter which date you register for, program wise).
3. Additionally, to place you in classes you will succeed in!

Please ensure that when you take the virtual Accuplacer test, you are in a quiet, distraction-free environment by yourself. You MUST use a laptop or desktop computer with a working webcam to take the test. You cannot use a phone or tablet to take the test. Phones are NOT permitted to be used while testing. There will be a virtual proctor who will monitor you as you take the test. Please have your ID on hand, as the proctor will require you to show it to them on camera.

If you do not have a computer that meets the hardware requirements for the virtual Accuplacer test, please email your admissions counselor. We will schedule a time for you to come to campus and take the virtual test here.

Please fill out the following form to select that you will be taking the Accuplacer placement test virtually.

Please note: if you take the Accuplacer online, there is a fee of $31. Testing on our campus will always be free.

Your academic advisor will reach out to you with the results of your placement test and to register you for classes. All placement testing must be completed prior to academic advising and the selection of classes. The time needed to complete the test varies with each individual, but please allow a minimum of three (3) hours to complete the tests.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your admissions counselor. If you do not know who your counselor is, please reach out to admissions at admissions@manor.edu or at 215-885-2360.
