The Ukrainian Nest (Українське гніздо) is an interactive, hands-on activity based learning program for children between the ages of 5 and 12.  It is conducted implementing differentiated instruction methods with small group instruction and individualized learning goals.  Above all it is conceived as a stress free, fun and friendly pedagogic experience that will familiarize the participants with Ukrainian language, traditions, history and culture in a relaxed and easy going fashion.

This program is designed to help second or more generation Ukrainians who wish to have their children or grandchildren learn about their heritage in a relaxed, nurturing and positive environment.

The course will run for 15 weeks: September 8, 2018 – December 15, 2018  on Saturdays from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and the cost is $300. (Off October 6 for Columbus Day and November 24 (Thanksgiving)
The School Mistress is Chrystyna Prokopovych and the faculty will be headed by Irena Gramiak.
