4+1 Pathway Program in Management and Organizational Leadership

The 4+1 Pathway Program in Management and Organizational Leadership offers qualified Manor College undergraduate students majoring in General Management the opportunity to complete their bachelor’s degree at Manor College while earning credits toward a master’s degree in Management and Organizational Leadership at nearby Delaware Valley University (DelVal) in Doylestown.

Our 4+1 program is an accelerated pathway for students to complete their bachelor’s degree and gain a head start on the master’s degree in Management and Organizational Leadership at Delaware Valley University. Eligible students can apply for this program in their junior year. During their senior year, 4+1 students take one graduate-level course in fall and spring and in the summer following the junior and senior year up to the 9 graduate course maximum. These courses allow the Manor College General Management student to save time and money toward completion of the master’s degree.

Student Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this program, you must:

  • Must be at least a second-semester junior at Manor (60-75 credits) through the second semester of their senior year (90-120 credits).
  • Minimum of 3.0 cumulative grade point average
  • Must have declared your major in General Management

How the 4+1 Pathway Program Works

If conditionally accepted by DelVal, Manor College students may take up to nine credits of coursework at DelVal toward the master’s in Management and Organizational Leadership (MA) during their final year at Manor at no additional charge.

During the fall or spring semester, the Manor College pathway student will be restricted to no more than ONE graduate course (3 credits) per semester. The Manor student may take up to TWO graduate courses (6 credits) in the summer.

Students may take as long as three years to complete the graduate curriculum at DelVal.

How to Apply

Manor College students may begin the process by completing the request for information form linked above. Applications for pre-admission to the 4+1 pathway will be accepted during the second semester of their sophomore year through the first semester of their senior year.
