Background:

Before moving into academia, I worked for seven years as a supply chain professional, with experience in production planning, inventory management, and logistics. While working at organizations such as Inspired Beauty Inc. and NutraStar, I focused on optimizing operational efficiency, managing high-volume production schedules, and leading cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between procurement, manufacturing, and sales. I am experienced in leveraging ERP systems to drive data-backed decision-making. I have now been working as a professor for the past two years at universities including Rider University and Kean University.
