Sugar is now found in almost all drinks and foods. They definitely can create the craving for more. We will explore the 5 tastes and how we need them all and how to balance them out. Thru journaling, awareness and relaxation techniques we are able to make peace with ourselves and use good quality sweets to nourish and satisfy ourselves. No more guilt, and just enjoy the sweetness of Life.

Computer Wellness – 1 evening (2 hrs.)

Join us as we explore the relationship to our over use of technology. Such symptoms as strained eyes, stiff neck, poor posture and tiredness. We learn how to use and balance ourselves with easy methods such as Time Recording, movement, eye exercises and stretches. Take charge and feel refreshed, more creative and happy!

Meditation, Stretching, and Breathing – 1 evening (2 hrs.)

Meditation is now taught all over the world for every age. This class will incorporate a really simple way to mediate as we also do stretching and use chairs for ultimate relaxation. We will end with a gentle breathing/relaxation which can easily be practiced at home as well. Bring 2 towels and wear comfortable clothes.
