The Office of Student Accounts at Manor College is an excellent resource for students. Here, students can pay their tuition and fees, as well as have their payment plan questions addressed – all with personalized attention.

Due dates for payment are:
Fall: August 15
Spring: December 15

Payment is due in full by the above dates or you can chose the payment plan listed below.

Ways to Pay

Tuition and fee payments can be made by cash, check, money order, American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover, and they can be transmitted online, in person or by mail.

Payments made with a credit or debit card will be assessed a non-refundable service fee of 2.95%. This nonrefundable service fee is charged by the College’s credit card processor and is in addition to the payment amount. There continues to be no service fee when using the ACH (checking or savings account) option online. Paying online with a checking or savings account is safe, secure, and simple and allows payers to avoid the 2.95% convenience fee.

IMPORTANT UPDATE
Currently, the service fee is 2.95% ($3.00 minimum) for credit and debit card payments. Effective May 5, 2025, the rate will be increased to 3%. If you are enrolled in a payment plan at the time of the rate change, your rate will not increase for the life of the plan. Any payment plans enrolled on or after the date of the change will be at the new rate.

If a check or electronic check payment is returned for any reason, you will be subject to a returned payment fee of $50.

By Mail
To pay by mail, make your check or money order payable to “Manor College”. Include your student ID in the memo field of your check. Once your check is received, it will be processed to your account.

In Person
The student accounts office is located on the lower level of the Basileiad Manor building (within the Financial Aid office suite) and you can make a payment in the form of cash, check, or money order.
