Manor College Professor Dr. Cherie Crosby-Weeks will serve as the Speaker for the 22nd Annual Founders Day Ceremony on Thursday, January 29, 2026. Dr. Crosby-Weeks serves as the Chair of the Behavioral Sciences and Education Unit, is a Professor of Early Childhood Education and is the program director for the Early Childhood, Child Development and Child Care Administration programs.

“I am deeply honored,” Dr. Crosby-Weeks said. “Since day one of my arrival at Manor, I have believed in and lived its mission, and I have most certainly helped others understand the importance of altruism.”

Dr. Crosby-Weeks began serving at Manor College in 2011 as the Program Director of the Early Childhood Program. From day one, she became one of Manor College’s most consistent donors. She has challenged the Manor Community to honor her 15th year of giving by raising $15,000 by Founders Day 2027. If you are up for the challenge, please use the donation form below. Gifts can be made to the SAFE Fund, the Crosby Service Leadership Award, and the Mento-Moloney Mental Health Fund, three of the causes that Dr. Crosby-Weeks gives to the most here at Manor College.
