MESSAGE FROM DR. PERI

Our first cohort of 17 Practical Nursing students graduated in December, concluding their time at Manor with a Pinning Ceremony, a right of passage in the nursing profession. A second cohort of the Practical Nursing program is already working towards their degrees and the institution is accepting applications for our third cohort, set to start in Fall 2026.
As new programs blossom, an old program at Manor is set to grow even further. We received a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development to expand and renovate Manor College’s Dental Health Center. The center provides essential services to community members in need, including those without insurance, while also serving as a clinical training site for our Dental Hygiene and EFDA programs. The expansion allows us to further serve the community with more chairs, while also upgrading to the newest technology to ensure the best care for our patients.
Our efforts to highlight and expand knowledge of Ukrainian heritage continued, as we joined the Global Coalition of Ukrainian Studies. The effort unites nearly 100 universities worldwide to create joint educational courses, academic exchanges and more to preserve and protect Ukrainian culture.
We continue to be a good neighbor to our Jenkintown community, whether that be through coat drives, supporting displaced workers at a career fair, creating a nature trail to the nearby watershed, or boosting the environment by planting more than 60 trees across campus.
Our sports teams continue to thrive, as both Men’s Basketball and Men’s Soccer won their conference championships in 2025. We’re also excited to launch two new athletic programs – Women’s Flag Football and Men’s Volleyball – in the Spring of 2026.
Manor College’s work is rooted in student success. We continue to empower students to rise and thrive, while showing them at Manor College, You Belong Here.
Blessings,
Dr. Jonathan Peri
