The Manor College Peer Mentor Program provides peer support and act as a point of contact for incoming First Generation College students, with a focus on helping students stay engaged in their studies and reach their goals.

Research clearly demonstrates that programs like this are successful in helping new students navigate their first year of college—and get to graduation!

We host 14 Mentors to work with a few students each. The response to our first year running the program has been overwhelming. Dozens of students have requested peer mentors, and we’ve paired all of them to a mentor. We need resources to make this program successful. Can you become one of our program sponsors?
