Who do I get in touch with to book an event at Manor College?

Where can I find the Rental Request Form?
Visit our Rental Request Form. Once this form is submitted, the Office and Events Manager will be in touch to discuss next steps.
Do I need Insurance for my event?
Yes. A Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) is mandatory for all rentals at Manor College. The COI must be given to the Office and Events Manager 2 weeks prior to your event.
Where can I get a Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI)?
A COI can be obtained through your homeowners insurance company. You can also look into coverage that is purchased for the duration of your event. Please look into sites such as Insureon or contact the Office and Events Manager to request additional insurance options.
Do sports teams and leagues need to fill out a Rental Request Form?
Yes! This form is required for all renters. It will provide Manor Staff with the information they need to check availability for your request. This form is the first step in booking your rental.
Do I need a walkthrough?
Absolutely! The walkthrough is an opportunity to discuss logistics, ask questions, and to see the space(s) you are interested in renting. We want all renters to feel comfortable and ready for their event, so having a walkthrough is essential.
Who from Manor College will be on site for my event?
Public Safety is on site 24/7. If the event is taking place during the week M-F 9am-5pm, then the Office and Events Manager, Tarra Raspanti, will be on site and check in with you.
Does the use of equipment cost extra?
Dependent on which space you are renting, there are additional costs for use of podiums, projectors, projector screen, and basic computer software. There is an extra cost of $150 to use the Gym/Auditorium sound system. If you require additional IT Technical Support Personnel, that cost is negotiable.
How long is my rental?
We have two price packages: Hourly Rate and Daily Rate. These pricings range between each space. To get more information and pricing for the space(s) you are interested, please contact Olivia Trotman.
Do tables and chairs cost extra?
Yes. For event set-ups, tables cost $5 per table and $1 per chair.
Is catering available?
Yes! Manor College works with Culinart for ALL catering needs. To talk more with our Culinart team, please email culinart@manor.edu or fill out the Catering Request Form
Is there parking at Manor College?
Yes. We have a parking lot that can be used for events. To request use of the parking lot, please reach out to the Office and Events Manager.
Are the spaces at Manor College air conditioned?
At the moment, the Basileiad Building (Library Building) is air conditioned. Mother of Perpetual Help Hall (Academic Building) and St. Josaphat Hall (Residence Hall) are not air conditioned. Most classrooms do have air conditioning. If you have a specific room in mind, email otrotman@manor.edu to check in about air conditioning.
