Manor College Marketing Team Receives Five CUPPIE Awards

The team’s five awards – including one gold – are the most in the institution’s history.

The Office of Marketing and Communications at Manor College earned five awards for excellence in higher education marketing and communications through CUPRAP on March 14. 

CUPRAP is a voluntary organization of communications professionals from colleges, universities and independent schools dedicated to advancing the understanding of higher education and enhancing the professional development of its members. The team received the awards, known as CUPPIES, during CUPRAP’s annual Spring Conference in Lancaster, Pa. 

“It is truly a joy and privilege to lead such a creative and passionate team that puts a lot of thought, strategy, long hours and heart into our campaigns and projects. To have our work be recognized as in the top-tier of higher education marketing communications means a lot to all of us.”

Since 2005, CUPRAP has been awarding the work of member institutions in categories including advertising, electronic media, print, public relations, marketing, writing and photography. 

In total, more than 400 entries were received for this year’s CUPPIES. Manor College’s team earned CUPPIES alongside other institutions such as York College of Pennsylvania, Moravian College, Franklin & Marshall College and Swarthmore College.

At this year’s awards banquet, Manor earned: 

This is the fourth year Manor College has received CUPPIE awards for its marketing communications efforts. The institution received three CUPPIES in 2020 and four each in 2021 and 2022. 

“It is really rewarding to see that we were honored with five awards this year. As a department, we always want to improve ourselves, our work and produce higher-quality projects that ultimately serve our students and community better. We appreciate the recognition from CUPRAP and are honored to stand alongside our fellow higher education marketing colleagues.”
