“I believe in the mission,” she told us, “and I want to help wherever I can.”

Adrianna Henkels has blessed Manor College with support that is both inspiring and artful! After attending our gala a couple years ago, she was moved by our message of Ukrainian heritage and helping first-generation students from underserved communities.

Adrianna was born in New York City to Ukrainian immigrant parents, she identified with the mission and vision of the college started by the Sisters of St. Basil the Great from Ukraine nearly 80 years ago.

When President Dr. Jonathan Peri, and Vice President of Marketing Communications Kelly Peiffer, visited Adrianna’s home soon after the gala, they found a beautiful collection of artwork. An accomplished artist, Adrianna agreed to create an art exhibit for our library.

“I believe in the mission,” she told us, “and I want to help wherever I can.” Adrianna has been donating since that first gala, and her gifts have helped our students greatly.

“We believe in giving back, and donating to Manor College is a wonderful way to support students from underserved communities.”
