Heather Hagerty ‘92 Named Alumni Speaker for 2025 Commencement

Hagerty is the CEO of H&H Settlement Services in Glenside.

Heather Hagerty ‘92 will be the alumni speaker for Manor College’s Commencement Ceremony on May 15. 

“I was shocked and honored to be considered,” Hagarty said. “Manor opened my world and set me on a career path that I have enjoyed for 30 years now.” 

Hagerty graduated from Manor College with an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies in 1992. She began working in the real estate legal and title industry shortly after graduation. After Manor, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Holy Family University. 

“It all started for me because of Manor,” she said. “It gave me the confidence that I could do this. There were great professors, great teachers and a great community.” 

Hagarty grew up in Rockledge and attended St. Cecilia’s in Fox Chase. She graduated from Bishop McDevitt High School in Glenside. Today, Hagarty is the Founder and CEO of H&H Settlement Services in Glenside.

Hagerty has been married since 2001 and has two children. Her oldest, Eamon, is currently a student at Manor College. 

During her speech, Hagerty looks to showcase what she learned at Manor. 

“I want to emphasize to graduates that they should take what they learned and go make their mark on the world,” Hagerty said. 

Manor College’s Commencement Ceremony takes place on Thursday, May 15 on the institution’s front lawn. The event is highlighted by Commencement Orator Anatoli Murha, CEO of Ukrainian Selfreliance Federal Credit Union, who will also receive a Doctorate of Humane Letters. Student speakers for commencement are Natasha Moore and Yorlenny Vaca Lazo.
