Sister Mary Cecilia Jurasinski, surrounded by her Sisters in community, passed away on November 5, 2020. Sister Cecilia served as the President of Manor College from 1985 to 2015. She had a monumental influence on the College—some highlights of her presidency include two successful Middle States reviews, the establishment of the Ukrainian Heritage Studies Center, the Dental Center and the Veterinary Technology Program, and the expansion of the Basiliead Library. Her legacy and dedication to the Basilian mission will never be forgotten.

Members of the Manor College community—faculty, staff, friends,  alumni and more—submitted words to express their love for Sister Cecilia.
