We here at Soccer Shots are excited to connect with neighboring colleges and universities to find enthusiastic coaches interested in working with young children on their soccer skills and character development.

We provide the nations best coaching curriculum for players aged 2 – 8 and are regarded as the premier introduction to soccer across the globe. Coaching sessions run between 30-45minutes and Weekly Programs are held during the Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer Seasons.

Facility Director – Staffing Request, LLC 

Responsibilities may include:

The Facility Director is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals in the facility. All of the following duties, which may or may not be required by every facility, fall under the auspices of the Director’s position.

  • Adhere to all DHS state regulations
  • Schedule, supervise and evaluate staff
  • Maintain PDRs for staff and for Director’s position
  • Interact with prospective clients, and conduct tours of the facility
  • Participate in continuing education classes when necessary
  • Ensure the staff is up to date and/or receiving the required number of professional development training hours and topics
  • Set up, maintain and evaluate classroom activities
  • Ensure the entire facility is kept clean and that classrooms are well-lit and in good repair; coordinate with maintenance protocol for keeping building clean and safe
  • Interact with parents and provide support and reassurance that concerns or problems will be proactively addressed
  • Report any suspected cases of child abuse or neglect to the appropriate authorities
  • Adjust staff according to current attendance and ratios
  • Complete daily health and safety checklist for the whole facility
  • Conduct interviews of prospective employees
  • Process payroll and have staff sign off on payroll sheets
  • Collect weekly tuitions and co-pays, and provide parents/guardians with receipts
  • Administer medications and maintain medication log, if there are no medical personnel on staff

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR – Staffing Request, LLC 

Responsibilities may include:

  • Ensure safety and well-being of all individuals in your center
  • Ensure adherence to all Pennsylvania state regulations regarding building, paperwork and supplies
  • Interact with prospective clients including mailing informational packets and scheduling tours
  • Register new student paperwork into tracking system and assign classroom upon Director’s approval
  • Review teacher/child ratios throughout the day, and recommend adjustments in staffing to the Director
  • Maintain and keep staff and children’s files continually current
  • Participate in trainings and CE classes
  • Ensure the staff are obtaining the required annual amount of professional development training hours and training topics
  • Prepare all paperwork required for state inspections and participate in the same
  • Ensure facility is in good repair, contacting the Director regarding repairs and work needed
  • Be a positive role model for the entire staff. Report for work on time each day
  • Enforce compliance to all state inspections and regulations by all staff

LEAD TEACHER – Staffing Request, LLC 

Responsibilities may include:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom
  • Adhere to all state regulations
  • Write weekly lesson plans and submit to Director each Friday
  • Collect items needed to carry out Lesson Plans prior to the week they are needed
  • Teach to Children the weekly/ bi-weekly/ monthly theme utilizing the Lesson Plan and following the daily schedule
  • Oversee any assistants or aides in the classroom
  • Observe and evaluate the children, keeping detailed records and work sampling
  • Input assessment data for each child, on-line, three times per year by the appropriate deadline 
  • Conduct Parent/Teacher conferences three times per year
  • Participate in staff meetings and special events held at your assigned location
  • Complete daily attendance and meal sheets, turning over to Director each Friday
  • Participate in trainings and CE classes, ensuring the required amount of annual yearly training hours and topics are being fulfilled
  • Follow facility protocol for interacting with parents to address concerns, and how best to provide support
  • Adhere to all employer policies
  • Be flexible regarding classroom assignments and schedules
  • Keep the classroom clean, sanitize toys and communal materials with bleach and water solution daily, floors swept and trash emptied daily
