Veterinarian/ Vet Technician

Pennington Veterinary Care Center has been serving the surrounding Pennington, Hopewell, Ringoes, Flemington, Ewing areas and beyond for the past 16 years. We are a small animal practice located in a country setting with the opportunity to serve as life long veterinarians to the pets we have been given the opportunity to care for. We strive to provide excellent quality care to each patient that walks through our door. We believe in the importance of connecting to the client which enables us to build a healthy, strong doctor client/patient relationship while providing the highest level of care to each patient. We are looking for a veterinarian/ vet technician who understands the importance of taking time to hear and understand the concerns of the client while at the same time is comfortable and confident enough to guide the client to make wise decisions for their pet. A veterinarian who knows each day is a team experience and is a group effort. We are looking for someone who is looking to become a part of something bigger than themselves. We are currently seeking to fill in for approximately 20 hours a week with the potential to eventually become permanent and possibly full time if the fit is right. We have an in-house laboratory including urinalysis, in-house digital radiology, dental radiology, VetScope diagnostics as well as on-site ultrasound capability. We also have a cold laser, and we believe strongly in a multimodal approach to medicine when appropriate. We currently have a veterinarian who performs acupuncture and chiropractic which is a nice avenue to have at our disposal.

We currently perform dental propylaxis and extractions, perinea routine spays and neuters as well as mass removals, foreign body surgeries, and cystotomies. Pennington is conveniently located somewhat in the “country” off of 31 north in Pennington, New Jersey. We are between Rt 95 (now 295) and Rt 202.
