The responsibilities of this role include answering customer frequently asked questions and assisting customers through our sales process, while providing exceptional customer service via phone, and email.


  • Answer incoming calls and emails for new and existing customers.

  • Provide knowledgeable responses to the customer frequently asked questions regarding new and pending orders.

  • Transfer incoming communications to appropriate team members / departments.

  • Record basic data entry information for all customer interactions.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail oriented, and computer savvy, with an ability to create positive interactions with customers.  To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be a quick learner and a team player, always willing to lend a helping hand.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience a plus
