Job Summary
The Paralegal/Administrative Assistant is responsible to provide paralegal and legal secretary support to Attorney/Management/other office staff members. This position is also responsible to help with serving and interacting with clients.
The following responsibilities are general duties that a person in this position may be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.
Paralegal Activities:
– Many conventional paralegal duties and activities, including but not limited to drafting legal documents, legal research, client interviews, and various paralegal activities in litigation and transactional contexts
– Provide back-up support for legal, paralegal & law clerk staff in various capacities including on case work and client servicing.
Customer Relationship
– Help to maintain day to day relationships with current clients. Help with client intakes and various firm work in serving clients.
– Help with correspondence, status reports and generally servicing clients.
