History Adjunct Fall 2018

The Department of Liberal Arts at Manor College is presently seeking the services of a qualified candidate to teach one section of Global Patterns in the Making of the World (HS151) during the Fall 2018 semester, which is scheduled to be taught on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2:00-3:15.

Candidates must have the following experience and credentials to be considered for the position:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in History, preferably with a background in teaching global history
  • Demonstrated ability to teach history at the collegiate level, with at least one   year of teaching experience.
  • Experience with instructional technology in the classroom and in an online teaching format

The successful candidate, in addition to completing the interview process and being approved by the Vice President of Academic Affairs, must also submit an official application of employment, submit official copies of all collegiate transcripts, and submit the following clearances: FBI Clearance, a PA Criminal Background Check, and PA Child Abuse Clearance.
