Manor College in Jenkintown is looking to hire a Vice President for Enrollment Management.  This is full-time position with an excellent benefits package.

Position Summary

Reporting to the President, the Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM) provides strategic leadership and direction to the College’s comprehensive effort to grow and sustain enrollment. As chief enrollment officer, the VPEM engages with the Provost and other institutional leaders to create, implement and influence policies, strategies, and services that positively impact student enrollment, retention, engagement and satisfaction. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Vice President plays an important role as participant and leader in the College’s overall promotional efforts, working closely with faculty, staff and leadership to enhance the institution’s reputation locally, in the region, and nationally.

Effective performance in this position includes the following:

  • Leads the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of comprehensive enrollment management strategic and operational plans that effectively identify and engage target markets and embrace and enhance the diversity of the Manor College student body. These plans include a Strategic Enrollment Management Plan; A Strategic Admissions Communications Plan, developed in collaboration with the Office of Marketing Communications; A written plan of office policies and procedures; A Unit-level Strategic Plan that will complement the Institutional Strategic Plan;
  • Provides strategic leadership and operational guidance for the Admissions Office at all aspects of the enrollment funnel and recruitment pipelines, including development of the prospect and inquiry pools, conversion, application processing, and review and yield activities;
  • Develops and meets segmented enrollment goals for first-time students, transfer students, and re-admits;
  • Recommends strategic initiatives and actions, and policy considerations to the President and Executive Leadership Team;
  • Researches and identifies ways to broaden the digital environment for engagement and success of potential and current students;
  • Collaborates with the Provost and the College Deans to develop recruitment strategies and acceptance standards that meet program enrollment goals;
  • Collaborates with the divisions of Academic Affairs and Student Affairs and other associated parties in formulating, evaluating, and operationalizing student retention strategies and enhancing the student experience;
  • Works closely with the Director of Financial Aid and the Finance Office/CFO to ensure aid optimization and compliance with all federal and state regulations related to aid funding;
  • Ensures the integration of electronic systems and efficient data movement;
  • Participates in and networks with the local and regional organizations and associations to facilitate recruitment initiatives and establish relationships that lead to enrollment partnerships;
  • Ensures continuous training of the Admissions team for outreach, recruitment, application review, selection, and enrollment of the admissions market of Manor College;
  • Participates in a variety of recruitment and promotional events on and off campus as needed by the College;
  • Builds strategic partnerships with members of the College community and outside stakeholders to structure and execute College-wide enrollment recruitment and retention efforts;
  • Makes data-informed decisions for allocating staff and financial resources to achieve enrollment goals;
  • Acts as advisor to the President in all enrollment management and student financial services and serves as a member of the President’s Cabinet;
  • Indicates a willingness to participate in College initiatives at all levels as required;
  • Promotes and upholds Manor’s Basilian mission;
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • 6-8 years of progressive managerial experience in undergraduate admissions and enrollment, or a combination of experience in enrollment and marketing
  • Experience in the development of comprehensive enrollment plans;
  • Superior planning and communication skills;
  • Ability to use College and outside tools, resources, and technologies for business intelligence, data reporting, and analysis to guide recruitment and retention;
  • Proficiency with Slate CRM;
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to collaborate and initiate collaboration with a wide range of constituencies
  • Experience with a Student Information System (SIS)
  • Experience and competence in managing budgets
