Students who wish to enter the Chiropractic field can do so via Manor’s Allied Health Science transfer degree program. After completion of 65 credits, plus an additional 25 credits, 15 of which must be in humanities/social sciences electives, students are prepared to transfer to a chiropractic college for their Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

Why You Should Choose Manor

As a Manor College Allied Health Transfer major with a concentration in Pre-Chiropractic you will have the opportunity to take small laboratory sciences classes, get-to-know your professors and have personalized advising.  You will also have the opportunity to attend an observation placement to observe real-world and professional chiropractors.

Career Opportunities

Chiropractors diagnose and treat disorders associated with muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems, especially in the spine.  They believe in a holistic approach to health care, and maintain that factors such as exercise, diet, rest, environment, and heredity all affect one’s overall health. Chiropractors provide natural, drug-free, non-surgical treatments for patients and when appropriate refer patients to other health care professionals. Upon completion of the doctor of chiropractic degree, most chiropractors work in private or group practices.
