This 100% online course will examine fair housing practices, licensing laws, rules and regulations and code of ethics. Calculate commission, explain the appraisal process and how to differentiate between approaches of estimating values, and demonstrate an understanding of capitalization and depreciation math calculations.

To obtain a Pennsylvania Real Estate license, one must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have 75 hours of Real Estate education:
    • Real Estate Fundamentals (30 hours)
    • Real Estate Practice (45 hours)
  • Successfully complete the state licensing exam
