NEW – 1 day (3 hrs.) – A mini-workshop for any level.  The workshop will include Yoga postures, breathing, and relaxation. A wonderful stress reliever when you can set aside a time for yourself to relax, revive and stretch your anxieties away.  (Participants should bring their own mat and towel.)

Join us for this Saturday morning workshop that provides an overview to the challenges of being a Caregiver for a loved one. This workshop will share ways to care for yourself, while caregiving, and how to develop your skills in negotiating an ever changing health care system.
