Maintenance Requests – Should your event need tables, chairs, or other items set up that only maintenance can provide,​ ​​please submit a work order with all necessary details regarding the event (date, time, items requested, sponsoring organization). Please do this at least two weeks in advance and follow up two days prior to the event. 

IT Requests– IT can provide items such as projectors, screens, laptops, sound equipment, wireless microphones, and more. If you have a need for technological items, please submit a work order with all necessary details regarding the event (date, time, items requested, and sponsoring organization). Please do this at least two weeks in advance.

Security Requests– It is essential for Security to know about events on campus at least one week in advance. If you require assistance with parking, opening rooms, or any other security related items, please contact the Office of Public Safety at security@manor.edu. Please inform Security of any and all events taking place on campus.

Marketing Requests– Marketing can help advertise and memorialize your event. Please contact Mari Rogers, Digital Marketing Manager, at merogers@manor.edu at least one week in advance to request a member of the marketing team to take photos at your event. Additionally, if you would like your event advertised via the Manor College social media channels and TV’s around campus, please send all pertinent information regarding the event to Heather Dotchel at least one week prior to the event.

Food Service Requests– Scott and the Culinart team will provide you with delicious appetizers to a full course meal to meet your catering needs. Fill out the catering request form or contact at culinart@manor.edu
