Internal Group Event Booking: Faculty & Staff
Are you planning an internal meeting or event? The Student Affairs Office Manager can assist faculty and staff in the reservation of certain campus spaces, as well as provide resources for planning internal events. However, the event requestor is responsible for planning and executing their event. Below is a step-by-step guide for hosting an internal event.

- Reserve the Dining Hall, Auditorium/Gym, and/or Athletic Fields with the internal rental form
- Reserve the Classroom and/or Gazebo with the room reservation form
- Reserve the library Lecture Space with the library request form
