Pre-Nursing (B.S.N.)

With the Pre-Nursing program, you can complete the first two years of the required four years necessary to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) degree. Take advantage of our affordable tuition and financial aid options; then transfer seamlessly to a four-year college or university, without losing time or credits.

Nurses are professional healthcare providers who plan, deliver, and supervise patient care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

As a nurse, you could practice in a variety of areas, such as surgical, emergency, obstetrics, mental health, or pediatric nursing. Your employment opportunities are equally varied and include working in hospitals, healthcare organizations, community healthcare centers, schools, pharmaceutical companies, private clinics, long-term care facilities, and research centers, home healthcare, and government agencies.

Additional options become available if you pursue advanced education at the master’s degree level. This would allow you to become a nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, nurse anesthetist, or nurse midwives.
